Learning and Playing...

Learning and Playing...

Learning and Playing is a pair. When there is Leaning there should be also Playing. If there is only Learning, Crazy? Otherwise (If there is only Playing), Stupid? So the two words should go with each other to make one's life not meaningless.

According to an online Cambridge Dictionary, Learning is a noun meaning the activity of obtaining knowledge, for example, This morning, I have learnt the meaning of the word Asobi (Playing) in my Japanese language class, and Playing refers to doing an enjoyable and/or amusing activity (Example, Playing game, either Age Empire II or Age of Methodology which are my favorites). Along with the given definitions, we can see that Learning and Playing do come together, for instance, during the class, there are sometimes playing activities such as singing or telling jokes. While playing, we can learn something desirable. For Example when I play scrabble with one of my friends online, I can always think of and learn the meaning of new vocabularies. So it is obviously clear that Learning and Playing are inseparable.

That is the reason why the title of this personal website is Learning and Playing. Once again, it is because I want to learn and play with whomever at wherever and whenever that I created blog, and I will be able to share most of what I have learnt and played. So let's study smart, play hard and learn Together...

About me!

Born in Battambang Province of Cambodia, I spent my childhood learning and playing in my hometown. When grown up, I was forced and sent to Phnom Penh to continue learning but I never forget Playing...lolz...Although, I played hard, I learnt smart (Cheating in the exam sometimes) and graduated in Civil Engineering from Institute of Technology of Cambodia. And Also I had chance to enjoy life as student at Institute of Foreign Language where I could learn more about social science related subjects and make friends as again my playing. Then I enjoyed working as Structural engineer in some construction of both building and bridge before I put my life into studying again. Now I am attempting my master degree of Civil Engineer at Toyohashi Institute of Technology in Japan.

My interest is Learning and Playing, I like reading books, especially, the natural science books and doing experiments, writing journals and discussing (maybe debating) are my hobbies.
